Coaching Education Updates presented by Chris Hershey - 9:30AM - 11:30AM

US Soccer has updated the coaching education pathway once again.  They have eliminated the E license, re-wrote the D license and have added a series of Grass Roots licenses.  We will discuss the new pathway and provide a preview to the new Grass Roots license format.  This change impacts every member organization/league in one way or another and will provide very valuable information on how we will move forward as a state association.

Town Hall Meeting with Sunil Gulati - Noon to 2:00PM

A town hall meeting with the President of the United States Soccer Federation, Sunil Gulati.  Mr Gulati has been the President of USSF since 2006 and is also a member of the FIFA Executive Committee. 

RosterPro Registration Software Update presented by Demosphere - 2:30PM to 3:30PM 

Demosphere will be releasing their latest version of the RosterPro software in early 2018.  This will effect every club in how they report and register their players with New York State West.  Come and get a sneak peak of the new software.  Every club registrar should plan to attend this session.

Annual General Business Meeting - 4:00PM to 5:30PM (Registration will start at 3:00PM)
