Historic Flooding Hits Binghamton District Clubs
Special Relief Grants Available
On September 7th and 8th, record flood levels occurred in the entire Susquehana River basin. This has been a major impact to the communities of Broome and Tioga Counties. NYSW Board of Directors has allocated $20,000 in funding specifically to help clubs affected by flooding in the Southern Tier.
