In actions by the US Youth Soccer Board of Directors in their meeting conducted on June 2-3, 2007;  the board approved President Larry Monaco’s appointment of Tim Mellander, NYSW State Registrar and Region 1 Registrar to be the chairman of the US Youth Soccer Registrar’s Committee.

Tim started doing registration work with Endicott United Soccer Club in the 1980’s.  He became the Binghamton District Registrar in 1993 and was appointed as the New York West State Registrar in 1995.  In 2002 he was appointed as the US Youth Soccer Region 1 Registrar.
