2024 NYSW State Cup Format

NYSW is introducing an updated format for the 2024 State Cup. Following are the details:

• Playdown Format will now be self-schedule group play with all teams guaranteed 2-3 games (depending on number of teams in bracket)
  • Blind draw to be held earlier to provide ability to schedule games prior to finalizing other tournament/ league schedules.
  • Games can be played over a 3-month period., March 1st - May 19th. 

• Final Four weekend will be Semi-Finals/ Finals at SUNY Cortland on June 1-2, 2024
  • Games to be played on Saturday & Sunday only
  • It is anticipated that all games will be held at the SUNY Cortland complex.

• In addition, we have eliminated the minimum # of age-appropriate players for the 17U - 19U age groups.
