New York State West has unveiled the new online registration system for the Referee Risk Management Pass.  Referees that need to get a new pass or renew their old can now do it completely online.  Please click here to be taken to the new system.  You can then just follow the instructions as you are taken through the registration process.  Once completed a background check will be processed and results will be logged to the system.  If you pass the check a risk management pass will be mailed to the address you registered with.
