Players who are selected at the December tryouts are to return forms (see section for on-line forms below) to the office before the first indoor training session.  The indoor fee payment deadline is December 10th via the online payment process.  If you are unfamiliar with that process please contact the state office.  There are limited financial aid funds. The financial aid form is available on line and must be completed and mailed to the state office with the required documents BY DECEMBER 10.  This is a HARD STOP deadline as all financial aid awards will be reviewed and granted for the year. Any player who does not remit payment and/or apply for financial aid for the program by the December 10th date will forfeit their place in the pool.

To better assist everyone involved there are informational documents you can download (see below).  The packet of forms will need to be filled out and returned to the administrator prior to your pool’s first indoor training session.
