The 2005 State pools have been selected.  On behalf of the entire ODP Staff, I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your dedication and participation throughout the indoor training sessions.  Parents, I'd also like to extend a special thanks to you for driving your sons and daughters to every practice.  Your commitment and support have been absolutely outstanding!

 

The staff has been extremely pleased with the quality of soccer and the effort that was put forth during the indoor sessions.  You represent a great and growing group of talented players from the NY West area, and you should be proud to have reached that level.  We are looking forward to moving outdoors and focusing on the challenge of preparing for the Region 1 tournament.

 

For those that did not make the final outdoor pools, you will receive your player evaluation in the mail later this week.  Being released from the pool can be a very difficult and disappointing experience, and you now face a fork in the road that leads to your dreams.  Accepting defeat is the easy way out.  Refusing to accept defeat and staying committed to your dreams is much more difficult. 

 

Believe in yourself, stay committed and follow your dreams ... the choice and the challenge is yours!
