The annual NY West Coaches Workshop will again be held from 9 am - 3 pm at Total Sports Experience on Elmgrove Road in Rochester. NYW State Director of Coaching Glen Buckley is currently working on arranging for another slate of outstanding coaches to make presentations. Stay tuned for more information on this free event - provided as a service by NY West to its membership. Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 25th Annual General Meeting will be held at 4 pm at the RIT Inn & Conference Center on Henrietta Road in Rochester. Plan now to make sure your club/league will be represented at this special event. The offices of President, 2nd Vice President and Secretary are up for election this year. If you are interested in one of these positions, you should send your resume to Roger Best, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, at rbest3@rochester.rr.com by Sept. 21. Information about announced candidates and all reports will be available on the NY West website - nyswysa.org - well in advance of the AGM.
