3. President

The President shall preside at all meetings of the Board of Directors and of the membership. He/she shall nominate all appointed Board Members and members of committees not otherwise herein specified to serve because of their office. The President shall chair the Executive Committee and serve ex-officio on all other committees.  The President shall oversee and conduct the annual performance reviews of all paid employees of the Corporation, except as otherwise specified by the BOD.
