You will need the following details to complete the registration process:
- GotSport Log-In Details for your team account
- 2024/2025 Qualifying League
- 2024 NYSW State Cup Result
- 2024 Qualifying League Result
- Cell Phone & Email address of primary contact & coach
- Credit Card for payment - the application fee is $595.00 and due at the time of application

As a reminder: If you are participating in State Cup and have players born outside of the US, the International Transfer Clearance (ITC) process must be completed for each player prior to the first playdown match.
